Our story
Our team has years of construction industry experience in both operations and finance. That experience, coupled with a passion for software programming, led to the products we built for existing Viewpoint Vista customers — integrated with Viewpoint through the User-Database module.
We are now pivoting from Vista-based software to helping Vista contractors adopt AI. The foundation is the one we built on before: enterprise systems designed inside the Viewpoint database, with a construction company’s departments, data and reporting responsibilities understood from the inside rather than from a diagram.
Our vision
Adopting AI takes structure. Your people do the work; we provide infrastructure and direction. What we are working toward is a construction company where AI processes workloads consistently across every department — operations, safety and QC, HR, finance and accounting — under one set of standards, with the organization’s own structure driving how that work is coordinated.

Over 30 years in construction across CEO, Executive VP, General Manager, Comptroller and board roles. Previously a principal at The Sutor Group, providing construction management, training, claims preparation, surety and CPA services.
Past President, Northwest Chapter of AACE. Frequent speaker at industry seminars.
Rob Humphreys
35 years in the construction software industry. At Viewpoint Construction Software he served as Vice-President of Product Development and Vice-President of Product Management, helping build multiple generations of construction ERP software and overseeing expansion into mobile and web-based tools.
CFMA member. Served on the AGC XML Committee.
Marty Sutor
Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and was licensed as a CPA. Through 1994 she provided systems development and financial reporting consulting to construction companies, specializing in helping clients manage system changes and company-wide communications.
Licensed REALTOR® in Hawaii since 2007.
